What is Art?

What place does it have in our school? Art is communication. Wether its dance, 2 dimensional, 3 dimensional or experiential art is a person or groups of people communicating with the outside world. At Five Points Academy we want our students to be able to truly communicate to others. Although we support a variety of media and encourage students to  do art, underlying all art is communication. We want our students to create a beautifull life on the biggest canvas they can find, their life! At Five Points we have an intersection of paths, we have an intersection of cultures, we have an intersection of possibilities and we want our students to create their bright beautiful future.
